Our Preschool programs, Tiny Tots and Kidz Gym, provide a fun way to get your child active, athletic and focused. All classes are 50 minutes and include a warm-up, rotations on beam, bars, floor, trampoline and fun time in the pit. All preschool gymnasts will use props while also learning about colors, shapes, animals and more!
This introductory class is for ages 12 months to 23 months of age. A parent will participate with their child while they learn basic gymnastics and social skills. Upon completion of this level, gymnasts will be promoted to a Tiny Tots Level 2 Class.
Some fun Tiny Tots Level 1 skills include:
- Walking on the beam
- Hanging on the bars
- Jumping on the trampoline
*GOAL: To promote to Tiny Tots Level 2
This introductory class is for ages 24 months to 36 months of age. A parent will participate with their child while they learn basic gymnastics and social skills. Upon completion of this level, gymnasts will be promoted to a Kidz Gym Class.
Some fun Tiny Tots Level 2 skills include:
- Front roll on the cheese mat
- Tuck jump on the trampoline
- Beginning cartwheels on the floor
*GOAL: To promote to Kidz Gym
This is an entry level class for children ages 3-4 with little to no gymnastics experience. Students will learn 39 basic gymnastic skills on gymnastics apparatus. Upon completion of this level, gymnasts will be promoted to Kidz Gym Level 2.
Some fun Kidz Gym Level 1 skills include:
- Walking forward, sideways and backwards on beam
- Balance on one foot
- Donkey Kicks
*GOAL: To promote to Kidz Gym Level 2
This is the second level class for pre-school age children. Girls will learn 39 basic gymnastic skills on gymnastics apparatus. Upon completion of this level, gymnasts will be promoted to a Recreational Boys or Girls Gymnastics Class.
Some fun Kidz Gym Level 2 skills include:
- Bear walks, stretch jump dismount, and 1 foot jump to 2 feet on beam
- Full turn on trampoline
- Back roll on cheese mat
*GOAL: To promote to Recreational Boys or Girls Gymnastics Class
