Girls Team

ASI Girls Team is a great way for gymnasts to express themselves utilizing the concentration, confidence, creativity, self-discipline, coordination and agility they acquired in their classes. Unlike other gyms, ASI Team begins earlier than most, at level 1.

Developmental levels, 1 through 3, are used as a non-competitive and achievement-oriented program. All gymnasts are recognized for their achievements in these levels. Although no individual placement awards given in levels 1 through 3, team awards given.

In levels 4 and above, girls compete within Texas Gold Gymnastics Association and Texas Amateur Athletic Federation (TAAF) sanctioned meets. Individuals and teams place in meets in levels 4 and up.

Through the girls team program, gymnasts will work on strengthening their skills on bars, beam, vault and floor.
