Kidz Gym

General Information

Sit back and watch your child have fun learning gymnastics while they develop physically and mentally through our Kidz Gym program. This program, for ages 3-4, is a constantly moving class in a safe and structured environment that will keep your child active throughout the 50-minute session while learning primary gymnastics skills. The class will rotate allowing students to develop and showcase their skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.

With two levels in the Kidz Gym program, children have the opportunity to excel and progress at their own rate. Children that get an early start will often finish the second level and promote straight to the Silver level of the Boys or Girls program!
