college students, high school students, or gymnastics professionals seeking

At ASI, we look for Managers with a positive attitude, love for children,
and excellent leadership skills! Candidates will be responsible for hiring,
training and retaining staff, the financial performance of the gym and the
overall quality of all programs. Experience in Business Management, Product
Marketing, and Customer Service a plus!
At ASI Gymnastics coaching candidates will be considered based on love of
kids, dependability and technical ability. Coaches are expected
to work with boys and girls of all ages and abilities. Coaches will
be confident in coaching beginning levels in preschool, girls and boys gymnastics
and power tumbling. ASI offers clinics and trainings to enhance superior
coaching at all levels of gymnastics.
Assistant coach candidates will be considered based on love of kids and
dependability. ASI
Gymnastics provides training and education for assistant coaches. Candidates
serve as assistant to Gymnastics coach. Assistant coaches are promoted
to Gymnastics coach based on mastery of technical skills required by ASI standard
policies. Assistant coaches also work as party and camp staff. No
previous experience necessary!
At ASI Gymnastics candidates will be considered based on love of kids, dependability,
and technical ability. Candidates will be proficient in Customer Service,
Sales, accounting, and computer usage. Customer Service Managers
are responsible for training Customer Service Representatives and offering
hiring support to the Gym Manager.
- Customer Service Representative
At ASI Gymnastics candidates will be considered based on love of kids, dependability,
and technical ability. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing,
and have basic computer knowledge. Responsibilities include answering
the phone, customer service, collecting tuition, and sales. Training
is available.
Party Staff candidates will be considered based on love of kids and dependability. Party
staff supervise and lead birthday parties on the weekend. Candidates
also work Friday Night Open Gyms, Parent's Night Out, Camp, and other special
events. Party staff may also serve as assistant coaches. Great
job for High School or College Students. No previous experience necessary!
“When school is out, camp is in!” Camp staff may work
half a day 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm or all day Monday thru’ Friday. This is a great
job for high school students’ college students, or teachers not in school.
Camp instructors insure a safe, fun physical time for kids. Must have TONS
of ENERGY, organizational skills and creativity! Camp staff may also work birthday
parties, Friday Night Open Gym and Parents Night Out. No previous
experience necessary!
Intern candidates must love kids. Interns are exposed to the gymnastics
industry, while learning valuable work skills, commitment, responsibility and
teamwork. Candidates will also assist coaches and work with
children with disabilities. Interns may work one night per week or
apply for summer programs.
- After CareAcademy Instructor
ASI Gymnastics offers an after school program that involves picking up children
from elementary school, assisting with homework and fun activities from 2:00
- 6:30, Monday through Friday. Applicants must be very high energy, enjoy
working with children, and possess excellent leadership skills. Minimum
standards require a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants currently
in High School are also eligible if they are currently enrolled in or have
completed child care related career program and expect to receive a diploma.
- After Care Academy Supervisor
ASI Gymnastics offers an after school program that involves picking up children
from elementary school, assisting with homework and fun activities from 2:00
- 6:30, Monday through Friday. Applicants must be very high energy, enjoy
working with children, and possess excellent leadership skills. Responsible
for internal compliance with state and ASI minimum standards. High school
diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age required. Education in child
care related programs both in high school and college a plus.
- After Care Academy Director
The ASI ACA Director must qualify for all state requirements for a director. The
director candidate will be considered based on love of kids, dependability,
and the ability to administer state and ASI regulations within the After
Care Academy. Candidates will report to the Product Manager
of the Academy. The Director must be highly organized, possess great
leadership, and practice team building.
